Meet her once and you’ll be struck by her keen intelligence, her quiet attentiveness and her systematic way of working. But meet her a few more times and there are so many more surprising facets that unfold. For one, she’s a fantastic mimic. She’s also extremely creative, constantly looking for and finding better ways to do things. And there’s nothing she can’t write an assessment report for.

At Navgati, Anusha leads the Assessment and Development centre team. She has spent most of her career understanding competencies and finding creative ways to give individuals feedback on them. Her objectivity and keen eye for detail ensures that the feedback her team gives leaders is both insightful and supportive. Her Masters in Psychology helps her create strong assessments, mine insights from them and also find ways to keep her team motivated.

Anusha also has a background in expressive arts, has been an entrepreneur, is a facilitator and has the rare capacity to excel at anything she puts her mind to.
