Deepa was once described at a Navgati party as the ultimate life hack and that’s just so true of her. She’s the Head of Operations and the backbone of Navgati; always has a calm yet quick solution to any problem under the sun. Deepa and her team are responsible for the multitude of tasks needed to ensure that we deliver a smooth, high quality customer experience. The super computer in her brain keeps Navgati operations cruising at close to six sigma levels as we grow.

Deepa is an engineer from Ramaiah College, Bangalore and has an MBA from Army Institute of Management, Calcutta. Her previous experience was in the space of sales and business development with organisations like Naukri.com, Media2Win etc. She’s one of the pillars of Navgati. Having been with us for over ten years, she has probably forgotten more about the organisation than many of us will ever know. At the risk of sounding cliched, Deepa is truly the wind beneath all our wings.
