To paraphrase Moreno from the world of psychodrama, ‘There’s no such thing as a bad meeting or workshop, just a poorly conducted warm up.’
Join us this Fraternitea for an energetic conversation on the value of warm ups and the magic of preparing the ground in relevant and appealing ways allowing participants to get the most out of any engagement.
At the end of this session, we will feel more confident about fostering open environments, nudging reflective thought processes, and creating a spirit of curiosity and intention in our groups.
This Fraternitea session is anchored by our amazing Meghna Singhee on the 17th of October, 3:00 - 5:00, Zoom.
If you’re new to Fraternitea, it is our way of giving back to the learning community that has sustained us for over 25 years. All Fraternitea sessions are complimentary and are focused on enhancing learning for those of us who champion learning (that could be HR, L&D, or business leaders).
