Jayasree holds a Masters’ degree in Psychology and her 18+ years in the L&D space include heading a training function, being a specialist in content development and project management. She is a senior assessor at Navgati, facilitates new hire programs, and is also on the path to becoming an ICF certified coach.

One of the key strengths that helps her with the work she does in development centres (giving leaders sensitive and nuanced feedback) is her kind-heartedness and empathy. We’re constantly amazed at how she can pick up your emotion even from your WhatsApp messages. Her genuine interest in knowing the other person and her non-judgmental approach makes many people open up to her. She also has the capacity to provide feedback in her assessment reports in a manner that is compassionate and genuinely helpful to the recipient.
