But I don't want to go

What do you get if you find a writer who is intrigued by people just a little bit more than she is by stories? Meghna at Navgati.
Meghna took a most interesting route to her work in facilitation and coaching via the Mumbai film industry. She has worked as script analyst and script writer, as assistant director and creative head at production houses, overseeing the development of various films from idea to screenplay.
Somewhere along the way she wrote a murder mystery that was published by Puffin. She also wrote the script for the Filmfare award film winning short film Khamakha. And like Agatha Christie said – people have patterns. Meghna’s love of mysteries made her hunt out a chance to be a real life detective – reading people, puzzling out their patterns and like the best detectives, believing that the correct balance of action and grey cells brings revelations. No surprise then that she ended up with Navgati.
Learning is a key driver in Meghna’s life taking her into the world of homeschooling, signing up for various courses, be it natural building or screenprinting; transactional analysis or zine making, she believes nothing is wasted.
At Navgati she brings her curiosity, creativity and natural aptitude for making things interesting to a wide range of learning interventions in the space of women leadership, unconscious bias, storytelling, communication and more.
