Pavan wears many hats: Entrepreneur, motorcyclist, business leader and parent.
At Crankmeister Bicycle Works, which he spent the prior decade founding and growing, Pavan wrote the Indian playbook for international quality technical work on high-end bikes. He successfully sold his majority stake in the business in 2022, and has returned to his other key interest: facilitation and coaching.

Pavan started his career at Tata Consumer Products Ltd. (then Tata Tea) With 25 + years of work experience, he has perspective on changes in the workforce, seasonal growth and contraction of sales, business development and strategies, practices and culture.
In his last corporate stint, Pavan was Head – Retail Operations and Projects at Indus-League, a part of the Future Group. There, he owned the bottom line for various retail brands, leading a pan-India team.

Pavan likes helping people identify skills that might have lain dormant, and enabling teams to work together effectively This ability has been largely responsible for his success in building and developing high – performing teams across his career.

He is a graduate of Mysore University, the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS, WY), and the United Bicycle Institute (UBI, Portland, OR).

At Navgati, he facilitates leadership modules like executive presence, conflict, leader as coach, and mentoring skills, to name a few.
