Her career over the last 20 years spans two distinct fields – one in the field of Finance where she partnered with core teams in the CFO’s office to achieve best in class accounting practices. The other has been with Navgati, where she is a senior assessor who helps leaders grow by deepening their awareness of their strengths and focus areas. 

When the setting is right and timelines are relaxed, Poly can complete an assessment report in 3 hours. But when there are distractors, tight timelines, and pressure situations, she can complete it in 3 hours. There is nothing that can shake her focus or stop her from being efficient! She scores high on dependability every single time! She gets so much done in a day that we are sure she has a secret 25th hour hiding somewhere there.
