Rashmi is the live wire of the team, always bubbling with energy and infusing life in anything she touches with her authenticity, presence and high energy. Like a magician always pulls out something from their hat, Rashmi always has creative ideas to enhance the work we do. She’s fun, generous and completely committed using her artistic talent to ensuring learners have the best experience possible with Navgati workshops.

Rashmi is a talented actor and director of plays. She has performed in over 70 playback and improvisation performances. At Navgati, she brings her unbounded energy and creativity as an improviser into programs and inspires participants to challenge themselves.

Rashmi has a Master`s in Behavioural Sciences from Christ University and has trained with NSD and Rangashankara. She is keen on engaging with the interdisciplinary crux of psychology, training and performance. She brings in her skills of improvisation, artistic direction and research to facilitate and develop curriculum for theatre based training. She is also responsible for workshop design, helping integrate applied theatre into the leadership development work we do and for managing our social media presence.
