Tumble down for more
What kinds of conversations happen in your teams? What can you assess about the levels of cohesion in the team by observing the conversations in your team?
The Intimacy Scale – created by Steven Karpman (The creator of the famous Drama Triangle) can help us answer some age-old questions of why some people are unable to engage in interesting discussions that move relationships forward while others do it easily. It can be used as a checklist for analyzing what aided or took away from intimacy. The scale includes the method for teaching how one can move relationships forward from isolation, to interesting discussions, then on to personal friendships, then on to mutual intimacy, if desired.
In this session, people learn experientially the impact of different kinds of topics on them, others and their relationships. They learn the link between psychological safety and professional intimacy. And that creating mutual intimacy is a skill that can be learnt and refined through practice
The scale is easy to understand and is immediately applicable. It can be used by leaders to build more cohesive teams, by coaches to deepen relationships with their clients and individuals
The session is complimentary and open to all
