Seethaa is the multi-sport athlete of Navgati. On the one hand, she is a senior member of our assessment team, helping leaders deepen their self-awareness through sensitive and nuanced feedback. On the other, she is also a part of the core Navgati team, handling both brand building and business development. If you’ve enjoyed the look of our website and our emails, she’s the one to credit for it. She’s also the go-to person in our team, calmly helping the rest of us tech-challenged folks solve a range of problems.

Seethaa started her career with Business Standard, handling various responsibilities in Ad Sales. She has also worked as a Life Skills Facilitator in the education sector.

She is so organized and prepared that she has an emergency supply kit at home in the event of an evacuation.  But she can balance structure with spontaneity when she plunges into a new topic and offers a new perspective. What we love the most about her is her resilience and ‘can do’ approach, both of which come from her strong belief that “the best way out of a difficulty is through it”. 

Seethaa’s passion for learning and creativity shines through; whether it is constantly thinking of new ways to build the Navgati brand or composing and singing songs, writing, and dabbling in creative art.
