Passionate about trekking (especially in the Himalayas), human behavior and existential questions, it’s interesting how easily Shiwani can be mistaken for an extrovert.In fact, she herself cannot decide what she loves more – coaching/facilitating and the joy she derives from interacting with others or her solo wanderings in the mountains. Luckily for her, she doesn’t have to choose between them; finding ways to effortlessly fit in solo bike rides across South East Asia along with her work as a coach and facilitator at Navgati.

Shiwani has more than 25 years of experience, initially working with organizations in the area of marketing and consumer insights, and then as an entrepreneur in the area of digital marketing. Her love for answering questions about life and human behavior grew stronger over the years and she found herself autodidacting in psychology and then becoming an ICF certified ACC Coach. She is a CBT practitioner and an empowerment coach. She also reads for kids in the local Singapore library hoping to ignite the spark of love of reading among more children.

At Navgati, Shiwani facilitates workshops in the area of leadership and people development and is also one of our senior coaches.
