Veda calls herself ‘the senior citizen of Navgati’, and she continues to learn! With a Masters in Human Development and over 35 years of work in the industry, she has dabbled in many things: journalism, editing, education, social science research, theatre (with offers from Bollywood), corporate leadership, instructional design and content development, counselling and therapy. In addition to her work with Navgati, she is an Advisor to the Management of a new age school and a therapy center in Bangalore.

Veda’s facilitation style is creative,fun and unique and her fan club has grown with every program she’s done for over ten years that she has been with Navgati. She truly believes that each person she works with has huge potential and needs a small trigger to flower. As a result, she brings her whole self to every interaction, going out of her way to ensure each person walks away with detailed assessments, individualised attention, and magical ‘being in the learning moment’ experiences.

Much of the work Veda does is extended learning sessions, be it 1:1 communication coaching with senior leaders (MasterMind), executive presentation skills for tech leaders (CentreStage), and executive presentations with storytelling for leaders (Act Won), each receiving uniformly positive feedback on effectiveness and client requests to run the same program consecutively for 4-5 years!
