Virtual Winfluence

This is a workshop in negotiating virtually – over calls, online meetings and email. Participants will learn the essential requisites of pre-negotiation, three key elements of the negotiation process itself and discuss live cases that are real to their situation. In addition, the program uses short cases and one activity in an engaging, experiential format.

As prework to the program, participants should

  • Watch a fifteen-minute video (to which the link will be provided) at their leisure.
  • Read a short case provided to them (about ten minutes reading)
