Using Images to Think, Reflect & Converse Differently
Images came before language in human evolution so using visual metaphors can help deeper reflection, and dialogue……especially with complex, hard to articulate thoughts.
This January, we’re pleased to introduce our first Fraternitea – Metaphorically Speaking, using our visual metaphor tool.
In the two hour session, Chitra will help leaders, facilitators and coaches experience the method firsthand, so they can use it in workshops, meetings, and 1:1 conversations.

We have planned all Fraternitea’s of 2025 on the Third Thursday of every month at Three pm (TTT). Show up with your cup of tea!
If you’re new to Fraternitea, it is our way of giving back to the learning community that has sustained us for over 25 years. All Fraternitea sessions are complimentary and are focused on enhancing learning for those of us who champion learning (that could be HR, L&D, or business leaders).
