Fraternitea on Psychological Safety

Is your team running on empty? By which we mean......silence in meetings, jaded output, guarded responses, reduced risk taking?

When the world feels like it's shifting under your feet (what with AI rewriting the rules of work, wars reshaping lives, identities being questioned etc etc), leading teams effectively takes something extra. That something we believe is Psychological safety.

Amy Edmundson defines it as “a shared belief that a team is safe for interpersonal risk-taking, allowing members to speak up, admit mistakes, or offer ideas without fear of punishment.”

So how does a leader create this safety while keeping the lights blazing?

Join us for an energizing 90-minute session: Safety in the Time of Chaos 16th April, 3:30 p.m (virtual).

We'll get into why the bravest thing a leader can do right now is create a space where people feel safe to be all things human (uncertain, curious, and imperfect).

So if you are a Learning & Development head, HR or people partner, business leader, DEI practitioner, or anyone shaping culture and team experiences, come join Vandana for this conversation.
