Fraternitea on Radical Respect
Most of us know Kim Scott from her best-seller Radical Candor, which reshaped how leaders think about giving feedback with care and clarity. With her latest book, Radical Respect (2024), she widens the lens to explore something even more fundamental—how to build workplaces where every individual feels safe, valued, and respected.
We are excited to invite you to the next Fraternitea with Neetu Sadhwani, where we will explore the book and dive into the complexities of toxic workplace behaviors—bias, prejudice, discrimination, bullying, and harassment—and equips readers with practical tools to recognize and address them. More than just problem-spotting, it offers actionable strategies to cultivate trust, foster inclusion, and create cultures where people and teams can truly thrive.
