A unique leadership development program for senior individual contributors to deepen self-awareness, strengthen influence, and build trusted networks.

Through this program, participants will reflect on and explore key questions such as:

• What has shaped the leader I am and the one I want to be?
• What is my personal brand as a leader? How do I build this brand in my networks?
• How do I operate with emotional intelligence?
• How do I build relationships of trust?
• How do I develop capability in others?
• How do I communicate with power and gravitas?

Program design:
The journey is structured to suit busy professionals — a series of engaging half-day webinars, interspersed with 1:1 coaching and Nudges that encourage action on workshop insights.

Who is it for?
Senior IC leaders and technical leaders with 5+ years of professional experience are ideal participants for this program.
