Watch this set of videos featuring women leaders talking about what they have learnt from their experience

All genuine learning comes from experience – but does it have to be your own?

It’s not easy for women to overcome all the external and internal hurdles they face when it comes to growth and success at the workplace and it helps for them to learn from the experience of others.

On the occasion of International Women’s Day 2023, we therefore reached out to a few senior women leaders in our network and asked them to share their perspective on ten questions that we’ve found coming up over and over again in our work with women leaders.

The result is this fabulous set of over 145 short videos on their life lessons; our collective offering to all women in the workplace for this IWD.

Please feel free to share this resource widely with the women in your organisation. If you’d like help thinking through what you can do with these videos, feel free to ping us.

When you click on each tab below, it will take you to the videos of women leaders answering that question – remember there are ten questions in all so do check them all out.
