Let this just Sim-mer!

You know Navgati runs some cool workshops that cover a range of behavioural and reflective areas. But simulations? Management simulation games are interactive experiences that are

  1. Fun!
  2. Designed to challenge you to build or grow a fictional business using limited resources
  3. Close to the real world, with the feel of competition, collaboration and strategy

Did you know that we at Navgati developed our first simulation (a Finance 101 game) in 2006? And that we ran The Beer Game, the world’s best-known simulation in systems thinking, for 15 years? And that we have deeply refined and enriched two simulations in game theory and used them for 18 years? All of this with participants saying, Yeh Dil Maange More!

Allow us to give ourselves a pat on the back please (being modest comes from within for us) and to say, “We know a thing or two (or three) about creating simulations.”

So, do you want to try your hand at creating a sim, say, in performance management, strategic thinking or selling? If so, join us on June 25th at 3 pm, for a session on

How Does One create a Simulation?

The team facilitating the session – Gopakumar Menon and Pavan Muthanna – are fresh off their experience from having just created a simulation in negotiation and are raring to go!

(ps: it is a simulation around cocoa beans, which explains their energy levels).
