Take the time for your own growth, come join us for Human First, a learning journey designed exclusively for HR and L&D professionals, our favourite peeps.

Over the course of six half-day virtual modules, participants will:

Deepen their awareness of the psychological roles they play at work
Reflect on which of these roles they want to keep and which to drop or add as they grow
Deepen their ability to recognise the emotions that change generates and respond with emotional intelligence
Contract with stakeholders to create clarity and align expectations
Practise strategies for influencing without authority and building stakeholder commitment
Learn practical ways to advocate for ideas, present initiatives, and secure support from the business

This is a highly experiential program focused on reflection, practice and feedback.

And because this is our favourite group, we'll even add in 3 coaching sessions by industry coaches who've been trained by us.
