This highly experiential and interactive workshop uses improv theatre as an experiential lens to help participants explore and internalise a growth mindset. Participants will engage with key competencies of growth mindset such as curiosity, challenging oneself, focusing on possibilities, embracing productive failure, making fearless attempts, and developing a bias for action. Improv creates a structured yet open environment where participants experience what it means to respond in the moment, experiment without a script, and learn through action rather than instruction, much like real leadership contexts. Our creative wizard Meghna Singhee will be facilitating this session.
