Every year, these goals may show up as New Year’s resolutions… and often fizzle out by mid-January.
We all begin with good intent. But is intent alone enough to make change stick? Why is it that the changes we care about most are often the hardest to sustain? What if there’s more to it? What if there are hidden behaviours, assumptions, and mindsets that silently hold us back from making the very changes we want?
