Virtual live coach training

Coaching is a transformative process for awareness, discovery and growth. Interestingly, coaches often report gaining as much or sometimes more from the process of coaching as the person being coached.

For us at Navgati, training people to be coaches has been a richly rewarding process for the last eight years that we have been credentialed with the International Coaching Federation. We offer two courses of 64 hours each – you can complete one and apply for the ICF ACC certification (ICF ACSTH route) or both and apply for the ICF PCC certification.

Our programs maximize opportunities for people to coach, be coached and receive supervision on coaching. The unique format of coaching labs give participants the experience of coaching in real life situations. We pride ourselves on the personal support that we give to our participants in both building skills and in getting ready for the ICF credentials.

We have virtual batches of the ACC program starting every quarter and of the PCC program once a year. Please write to  deepa@navgati.in for more details

You’re probably wondering – will an online coaching course have the same impact as face-to-face learning? With intelligent design, the right technology and committed learners, it is possible to create a highly effective learning experience. Participants dial in via Zoom and experience the same combination of creative facilitation, discussion and peer coaching that they would in a face to face session.
